Sarah and Hayden were married early summer on a keystone mountaintop, at Timber Ridge Lodge. Before you get confused, yes, they were married in summer, and yes, it snowed!
My favorite quality about these two, absolutely nothing could have put a damper on their wedding day. They are so full of joy, laughter, and love. A snowstorm and lighting that caused an hour delay on the gondolas did not phase them one bit. They we more than ok with going out in the cold winds for photos too!
Timber Ridge Lodge is one of my favorite wedding venues in Colorado. I love how spacious and well lit the reception space is, and I also love that the wood inside is not red/orange- that makes a big difference! Typically, Timber Ridge Lodge is know for it’s gorgeous mountain top views and ceremonies on the green slopes. This has been a strange year with lots of rain and an extended winter. I do have to say seeing snow in late June is a first for me, and I have lived here my entire life! Just another reminder that Colorado is unpredictable, and weather is just something I work around!
