Estes Park wedding venues are never a disappointment! Christa and Sam were married in Estes Park, CO on a cloudy Colorado day. They chose the Della Terra Mountain Chateau wedding venue, and my gosh it is now one of my favorite venues to photography weddings! This venue is literally right outside the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Besides Della Terra lending itself extraordinary scenery and wildlife, the reception hall is beautifully lit with windows from floor to ceiling on all sides- definitely brings the right ambiance!

I particularly adore Christa and Sam’s wedding. They have been together since middle school, and let me tell you the slideshow playing with photos of them going through puberty together were priceless haha! They are unapologetically themselves, and dance and play every moment they can.

There were lots of emotions on this day, and a lot where in memory of Christa’s mother whom passed away. It was very clear that she was with them in spirit, and during Sam and Christa’s first dance I couldn’t help but feel her in the light that was shining upon them.
